Duties and Responsibilities:Shall manage maintenance department and personnel.Shall establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.Shall perform all engineering and maintenance activities.Shall perform budget management.Shall initiate or develop technical trainings for staff.Shall perform repairs in timely manner.Shall maintain accurate inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment.Shall conduct regular safety inspection.Shall comply with all health and safety practices and regulations.Shall conduct preventive maintenance work.Shall supervise boiler operations.Shall diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues and the like.Shall ensure environmental compliance.Shall oversee motorpool operations and maintenance.Shall assume other responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior/s. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry as management.At least 5 years supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of facilities and grounds, machines and equipment.Good understanding of the technical features and requirements of food manufacturing industry.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Excellent computer skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Can drive manual vehicle/s.Willing to work from Monday-Saturday.
