Job Summary:
To be able to provide a high level of Customer Service within the store through effective management of people and stock, thus ensuring the maximum sales potential and profitability.
Responsibilities:
· Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.
· Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.
· Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
· Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.
· Ensures budget for store is managed and that expenditure stays within agreed levels.
· Ensures store administration is carried out according to statutory procedure.
· Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.
· Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.
· Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
· Has the ability to analyze data and identify issues and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
· Has the ability to report sales and data analysis.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related course
· With at least 3 years of experience in Sales Supervisory at a Retail Apparel Store
· Knowledge in Retail Pro POS software is an advantage
· Willing to work during Holidays
