BUILDING ADMIN ENGINEER

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or equivalent.Achieve and maintain safety and cleanliness in all building facities.Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building. Its surroundings and its facilities.Do a recommendation and/or suggestion to the management reagarding with the matters affecting building adminstration and utilities management.Must be available even after office hours for emergency purposes.
