JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source pool of candidates by utilizing our internal database, job boards, networking, referrals, job fair, campus recruitment and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.Can work well within a fast paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.May develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, school recruitment and branding.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.1-2 Yrs of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Highly energetic, self-starter and strong ability to work independentlyStrong negotiation skillsRecruiting strategies that support the successful delivery of candidates by addressing talent supply, talent movement and possible market challenges.A proven track record with successfully filing positions within 30 days.Demonstrated success in building strong consultative and professional relationship with supervisor and colleagues.
