Maintenance Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of facility and equipment such as air compressor, gas compressors, vertical turbine pump, centrifugal pump, heat exchanger, marine loading arm, pressure vessel, diesel engine fire pumps, and diesel generatorsSets up the required maintenance contracts with local contractors for personnel and equipment including requirements for specialized contractor services.Assist in the development and maintenance of a computerized Maintenance Management System for the terminal.Determines the maintenance procedures, planned preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Mechanical EngineerAt least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field.

Other Skills / Qualities needed:

Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD

Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAptitude in communicatingExcellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with the ability to adapt to change
