Motorpool Manager

I. Purpose of the Job:

The Motorpool Manager is responsible for carrying out the day to day activities and oversight of motorpool activities in the workshop. 

II. Duties & Respinsibilties:

Plans, directs and manage motorpool operations/activities according to projected OPEXDevelop and implement general and preventive maintenance system for vehicles and heavy equipmentCreate annual preventive maintenance scheduleProvide technical expertise in maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipmentResponsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the employee safety at work/motorpoolResponsible for the implementation of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipmentConducts risk assessments and preventive measures.Must have the ability to assign mechanics to work orders depending on complexity of repairsEnsures all manpower and materials are utilized efficiently.
