With at least 1 year experience in electro- mechanical and civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical).Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; basic troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairsProficient with manual and power toolsPerform preventative maintenance on a regular scheduleAmenable to work in Canumay East, Valenzuela City.-
