职位描述
The Performance Compliance Officer liaises with entities relevant to the power industry, such as but not limited to, Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Grid Management Committee (GMC), Department of Energy (DOE), National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) and Philippine Electricity Management Corporation (PEMC), in all matters concerning the company’s compliance to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Hershel also liaises with other stakeholders like Electric Cooperatives (ECs) and Distribution Utilities (DUs) in matters affecting the Company’s delivery of power and technical services to them.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of bachelor's degree in Engineering. A licensed engineer is an advantage.At least two (2) years experience in power plant operations or related industriesMust have knowledge on applicable laws relating to:RA 9136 or Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA);Philippine Grid Code;Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules;Open Access and Transmission Service (OATS) RulesWORK base: Toledo City, Cebu
