职位描述

1. Compile abnormal analysis report.

2. Cooperate technical team.

3. Compile improvement report and work with technical team.

4. Preventive measures confirm the effect.

5. Immediate action taken to improve the rejection when there is high throw out from machine.

6. Train operator how to operate machine and handle molded part quality.

7. Maintain 5s housekeeping at all time.

EXPERIENCE

1. At least 1-3 years of experience in PE/IE in molding is preferred.

2. Preferably industrial engineering graduate.

3. Mold set up skills and experience.

4. With knowledge in fixture design/ simple fixture manufacture.

5. Good knowledge in injection machine parameter's adjustment and tool setting.

6. Provide support to execute the instructions given to related production matters.

7. Ability to work under pressure.
