MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician/ Maintenance Personnel

Division/Department: General Administration

Reports to: General Administration

Main task/ Output:

 Conducts regular rounds/ inspection of all Kaway’an Eco Farm Development Inc.(KEDI) plumbing, irrigation system, electrical and mechanical equipment and common are facilities while on duty.Ensures that all equipment is on good running condition. Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to correct any noted defects.Operates and monitor operations of irrigation system, plumbing system, pumps exhaust fans, greenhouse ventilation system, greenhouse cooling system, electrical system, lighting, generators sets, etc.Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on irrigation system, greenhouse irrigation and cooling system, plumbing and other electrical and mechanical equipment.Attend to all service calls or request for assistance inside the Kaway’an Eco- Farm.Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub con.

Personnel Specifications:

With NCII certificate is a plus but not required.

Other relevant Information/ Details of Previous Work Experience Required

Minimum of two(2) years experience in the related fieldWith 1 to 4 years experienced employees specializing in electrical and plumbing maintenance/repair, irrigation system, greenhouse cooling and ventilation system and knows how to operate and maintain generator set. With knowledge in wielding works and carpentry works.Familiar with electrical panel boards operation and electrical troubleshootingWith knowledge in irrigation system and greenhouse cooling and ventilation systemEffective team player. With good interpersonal relationship and can effectively deal with and relate with people from all levels across the organizationOutstanding ability in addressing costumer needsVery highly organized and capable of handling simultaneous work pressures.Demonstrate Passion for tolerance and willingness to render long hours of work.Willing to be assigned in General Trias City Cavite can stay in at barracks.
