Recruitment Manager The recruitment manager is responsible of overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, direct team management, business development, drafting job specifications, creating job adverts, training junior talent acquisition advisors and offering advice to business professionals on recruitment policies.  Also the recruitment manager is the person responsible of fostering client relations and results visibility.ResponsibilitiesDesigns the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sourceExplores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organizationBuilds a quality relationship with the internal and external customersMonitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment processSets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organizationConducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant with global and regional policiesManages and develops the team of Talent Acquisition AdvisorsActs as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topicsDesigns training recruitment for Talent Acquisition Advisors and line managersDevelops successions plansIncreases the value added by the team members Sets recruitment strategies and methods to accomplish team’s goalsMeasures and distributes the recruitment workloads across the talent acquisition advisorsBuilds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external customersevaluates and creates reports for the team to provide visibility to other areasTrains new members of the team on processes and policies from the companyNegotiates with other areas timelines and workloadsQualifications and skills2 year minimum previous experience in recruitment management in BPOEducational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Any.Advanced EnglishExcellent communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsJob Interviewing SkillsManagerial and leadership skillsAnalytical skillsLabor market and legislation knowledgeSocial Media KnowledgeTraining Skills
