职位描述
THE JOB: The successful candidate shall be responsible for formulating and implementing the Annual Training Plan to continuously upgrade the competency level and skills of Accredited Mechanics within Suzuki Automobile dealership nationwide; shall conduct training needs analysis and develop corresponding technical training modules and programs.
THE PERSON:
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or 4-year Automotive course
• With experience as Technical Trainer or Instructor in the field of Automotive, Engine Mechanic, or other technical subjects
• Knowledgeable in engine mechanic and diagnosis
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experienced and licensed 4-wheel driver
