Building Engineer & Safety Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper upkeeping of the building equipment and timely implementation of facilities preventive maintenance programs Assists the Building Administrative Officer in monitoring the safety programs and compliance to government regulatory requirements; provides technical and engineering services to mall and office clients 

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree; Professional License – Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent At least 3-5 years of working experience in Property Management, Project Management, and Preventive Maintenance; preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalentCustomer-service orientedExcellent tenant relation skillsVery good written and oral communication skillsStrong leadership skills and collaborative team playerAttention to detail
