Ensuring the efficiency on warranty claims processing of Dealers to CIC.Supervising the the warranty operation both manufacturer, warranty, audit, parts, submission and disposal.Monitoring the CIC DMS and manage concerns.Monitoring CIC remittance and dealer reimbursements timely.Communicating with CIC counterpart from time to time.
