BUILDING ADMINISTRATORS

Over-all in-charge of the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the building.Implements the maintenance programs for the building equipment and facilities.Attends to clients' inquiries, complaints and requests.Implements the House Rules and Regulations & monitors the compliance of the occupants.Supervises the security, janitorial and maintenance personnel.Coordinates with government /private agencies and contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be either a licensed Civil, Electrical or Mechanical EngineerRecent board passers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Can also be a graduate of any four-year Business course or BS Bldg. Technology Mngt course.Has positive work attitude.5 Full-time positions available.
