Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. MBA qualification will have an added advantageMinimum 10 years of Direct Heavy Industrial Sector experience or similar fields of workProven track record in sales and project pipeline sales managementMaterials Handling Industry specific sales experience would be an added advantageMotor controller experience will be requiredStrong business acumen and strategy deployment with communication and negotiation skillsStrong leadership and change management skillsFluency in English, and preferably speak the local dialect (Visayan Dialect) with effective presentation skills & proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsThis role is to be based in Visayas and MindanaoDanfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.
