College graduate or at least Completion of Vocational Technical CoursePreferably with at least 2 years work experience in the same capacityAbove-average familiarity in various maintenance troubleshooting such as, but not limited to: PABX system, air-conditioning maintenance, carpentry, painting, tiling, & plumbingProficient knowledge in electrical troubleshootingPreferably with experience as Company Messenger / Liaison OfficerAdept knowledge in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)Preference will be given to candidates who can start ASAP
