Facility Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor handles the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees. His/Her task will also include but not limited to the following: 

He/She will be responsible for the coding, innovating design, modifying and lay-outing of websites;Overseeing and agreeing  on contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on;Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained;Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards;Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishmentsHelping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing drafting reports and making written recommendations;Other tasks assignedRequirementsCollege Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalentAt least 5 year related experienceAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDecision-makingThe ability to lead and manage teams and projectsTeam playerAttention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger pictureCommercial awarenessCustomer serviceOrganization, time management, prioritizing ,and the ability to handle a complex, varied workloadDedicated to work in excellenceCommitted to help improve the facilities of the companyBenefits
