Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

C&L Decor is an events decor rental company with a focus on giving customers the best service possible. With an expertise in art and design, C&L Decor partners with some of the top event stylists in the industry to bring their artistic visions to life by supplying on-trend, top-quality, and affordable decors for events, retail spaces, and home styling. We are looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and passionate leader to manage the company’s warehouse and logistics. Primary responsibilities: ·      Manage ingress/egress, pull-out, delivery, and set-up of rental items in a timely, correct, and safe manner with minimal to no losses/damages through proactive and proper route planning, coordination, scheduling, planning, and execution·      Manage the warehouse inventory of rental items effectively, accurately, and safely through good inventory, repair, and re-conditioning management and appropriate warehousing practices, guidelines, and procedures·      Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and proactive manner·      Design, implement, and/or improve processes, policies, and procedures sustainably·      Manage the performance and development of the team Required Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s degree industrial engineering, business management, logistics, or related field·      At least 3 years of warehousing and inventory management experience·      At least 1 year of supervisory experience·      Willing and able to work outside regular work hours when needed (including nights, weekends, and/or holidays)·      Willing and able to work on-site in Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City area·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:·      Experience in logistics and/or events management·      Experience in using warehouse management, inventory management, and/or logistics system/software·      Diploma or certification in warehouse managementPreferably living in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. Benefits:·      Statutory benefits (e.g., SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, service incentive leave, maternity/paternity leave, single parent leave, etc.)·      Performance bonus·      HMO / Healthcare plan·      Company mobile phone plan
