Warranty Assistant (Alabang)

1. Performs accurate evaluation & timely submission of warranty claims reports to ensure approval from IPC & other suppliers.2. Monitors the status and approval of warranty claims from IPC and other suppliers.3. Maintains file of technical reports and warranty claims to IPC and other suppliers.4. Prepares a monthly report for the Service Manager & Operations Manager on the status of warranty claims submitted.5. Furnishes copies of submitted warranty claims and warranty accounts receivable to Branch Finance6. Submits and forwards all reports, documents and parts with approved claims to IPC and other suppliers7. Performs duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Service Manager, as deemed necessary for the operations of Service Department
