Job Description:

The activities of an SBC Analyst include but may not be limited to the following:

Propose automation, simplification and enhancement of the existing processes; identification of process gaps or business risk (if any)Gathering of data as the base case of each project or initiativeProvide initial process improvement recommendationsConduct working session/consultation with the Business Units to get insights/additional inputs or concurrence   .documentation of the proposed policy, procedures and guidelines to institutionalize any process enhancementConduct project post implementation review
