Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Processing Engineer!

The Processing Engineer is responsible for ensuring that production materials needed are in accordance to production plan, checking variety, quantity, quality are accurate. He/she is responsible for conducting batching operations in strict accordance to the work flow, dosage, time ad temperature parameters, make accurate, true and complete production line records. He/ she is expected to report in a timely manner to Production Supervisor and Production Manager emergency issues and make sound recommendations to help in solving the issues.

What are the Responsibilities?

Production Management -checking production materials in strict accordance to production plans and work flows, adjusting equipment parameters in strict accordance to workflow procedures. Adjusting equipment parameters by confirming connection status of valves and pipelines, conducting daily equipment start-up, production, shut down and shift transfer in strict accordance to operating guidelines. Timely reporting to immediate supervisor issues on equipment affecting production.Equipment Maintenance - responsible for routine inspection, cleaning and general maintenance of equipment, using the CILT checklist as guideline; follow up on equipment issues and provide timely feedback to immediate supervisor and maintenance department and work with them to solve issues. Assist Maintenance Department in performing equipment maintenance and maintenance of special items.Keep site and tools clean at all times and in accordance to environment hygiene requirements, Collect and clean production wastes efficiently and regularly. Keep tools, facilities and equipment in good condition, Keep tools and facilities in good order, Report equipment failure and downtime to Production Manager, recommends action plan to recover production from downtime.Provide guidance and training to new staff to ensure operating technology is passed on.
