Production Manager- Royu Industrial (Calumpit, Bulacan)

Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the following:Determining needed data for production, analyze them, and provide solutions to improve efficiency and qualityConducting cause and effect study to justify solutions to problemsImproving existing products or developing new productsIdentifying the training programs needed by operators and subordinatesDeveloping work instructions and processesEnsuring work instructions and processes are followed and up to dateProperly scheduling and allocating workers to their workstationsImmediately reporting potential and current machinery issues for repair or upgradeIncreasing production efficiency and effectiveness, minimize wastage, and reduce costEnsuring the production and quality goals are achievedManaging both production and quality departments; developing KRA or KPI for both departmentsMentoring subordinatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringPreferably a licensed EngineerAt least three years of experience as a Production Manager, equivalent, or in a higher positionStrong experience in ISO 9001Strong process engineering and technology experienceExperience in developing KRAs or KPIsConfident and able to handle pressureThe position is based in One FELCO North, Calumpit, Bulacan. Transportation and accommodation support will be provided to the successful candidate.
