HVAC Supervisor (Mechanical Engineer)

The HVAC Supervisor is in charge of the following task:  PLANNINGEstablishes preventive maintenance schedules based on the spare parts continuityPlans work schedules, spare parts, manpower requirements, and required tools for approved projects.LEADINGConduct briefing and meetings with subordinates to assess the accomplishment of target work schedules/specific objectives.Assign specific objectives to subordinates and aligns them to the objective of the Engineering department.Supervises subordinates and ensures they are performing delegated tasks accordingly.ORGANIZINGExecutes assigned tasks, and projects, and coordinates with other departments for support requirements.Delegates routine and repetitive tasks to subordinates.ConTROLLINGEnsures that approved work orders are served and accomplished within the target schedules.evaluates the daily tasks accomplished by subordinates, and identify areas needing improvements.Ensures subordinates consistently follow sanitation and safety measures.Implements proper employee discipline through the application of company rules and plant in-house rules.TECHNICALPrepares plans and cost estimates for approved projects in HVAC-related projects.Determines and recommends machines and/or spare parts modification that will bring savings and increase production efficiency.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after appropriate training has been given.Job RequirementGraduate of Mechanical EngineeringRegistered Mechanical Engineer is an advantageKnowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Office applicationsKnowledge in industrial plant and building facilities maintenanceKnowledge in equipment automationKnowledgeable and with a good understanding of the Food Safety Standards (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP), and Halal Assurance is an advantage.Willing to render overtime, and okay with shifting schedule
