Facility Coordinator

Position Summary

Under broad supervision of the designated supervisor, perform and coordinate tasks related to the cleanliness and upkeep of the site, and critical equipment. Management of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.

Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Perform HSE requirements for site and service scope.Provides regular communications and feedback to the contract management team regarding Company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental performancePO processing for facilities Overall management of messenger and other administrative errands

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year business management or engineering course. 1-3 Years Minimum Experience in Facilities ManagementExperienced in managing team, with good leadership skills, and with customer service orientation With Safety Officer 2 Experience
