Urgent Hiring: CCTV Operator (Calumpit, Bulacan)

Job Mission:

The CCTV Operator shall work to ensure that the security of people, property and premises are ensured through timely and relevant reporting of incidences. The CCTV Operator shall also work to ensure the proper documentation of all incidences for proper disposition in the event of administrative investigation.

Job Description:

Operate all CCTV cameras to assist with the detection of violation of company rules and regulations, antisocial behavior and potential crimeFollow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilitiesMaintain accurate records of data recordings and events using incident reporting softwareTo monitor various sites by watching video snippets and/or live video feedTo comprehend what is observed and identify threat, risk or anomalyTo communicate through a standard escalation modelRecord pertinent monitoring events for investigation such as identification, escalation, resolution, etc.Perform other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the HRA Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College DegreeHaving at least 2 years of work experience as a CCTV Operator or in surveillance, security and related fieldWilling to work in strictly secured and monitored environmentMust have knowledge in using CCTV softwareMust have knowledge in basic office software and toolsMust have at least average English communication skills, especially writtenWilling to work in Calumpit, Bulacan
