WAREHOUSE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

JOB SUMMARY: To manage and control the overall activities of the APS (also refer as warehouse), thereby providing management with accurate, complete, and real time  inventory reports necessary for business planning,  control and decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the activities of APS members to achieve objectives:  TIMELY, COMPLETE and ACCURATE INVENTORY BOH and REPORTS.Approves accountable forms that  documents and supports APS transactionsSpearheads 5s program.Implements the use of Kanban Card  in managing and controlling inventory to ensure timely replenishment of parts that reached critical level (CL)Monitors daily attendance and possible changes in workloads  for  adjustments on manpower  plans.Ensures APS Team's  compliance on APS policies.Ensures APS Team follow safety policies and procedures.  Reports all safety accidents or violations to HR with Incident report (IR) daily.Practice and implement continuous improvement on  policies and procedures strengthening controls, maximizing efficiency and cost effectiveness.Coordinates with the other departments from purchasing, replenishment, pick-up, parts delivery, compliances, oxygen segregation, creating parts codes, standardization of process lead time, people request and disciplinary concerns, maintenance schedules, and inventory.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business courses are also welcome to apply.Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing function and inventory.With experience in the Supervisory level.Has good oral and written communication, analytical and decision making skills.Having a background in automotive parts and industry is an advantage.With good time and safety management.Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
