Production Quality Control (Lapu-Lapu City)

Job Qualifications:

· A graduate of any engineering course, preferable, with relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Control or Manufacturing environment is an advantage;

· Highly trainable, organized at work, keen attention to details.

· Highly competent in implementing Quality Control Standard procedures

· Has knowledge in HACCP, QMS and GMPs.

· Highly trainable, organized, keen to details and has the ability to implement SOPs in the plant

· Results-oriented and can work with less supervision.

· Strong personality with good interpersonal skills.

· Skilled in Technical software applications (Microsoft Excel, Work, Powerpoint)

· Strong leadership and Interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and flexible to work schedule

Responsibilities:

· Leads the in-process inspection, measurement, and verification concerning the Quality and reliability of materials, products, and production processes.

· Verifies the processes according to established standards and procedures.

· Ensure and monitors the in-process quality inspection and outgoing quality inspection processes.

· Performs the final judgment of all inspection processes through the provision of inspection standards, setting, and analysis of target yields for all applicable processes;

· Prepares the necessary quality-related reports.

· Assist supplier’s quality-related problems.
