职位描述
Process difficult and unique purchasing transactions according to statutory and regulatory law, policies established by the Board of Directors.
Examines and analyzes departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
Identifies and selects vendor to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality, and delivery date and places orders in accordance with these guidelines.
