Plastic Injection Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervises proper Injection mold setting, production start-up, and parameter adjustment as necessary.Ensures proper scheduling, monitoring and conducting of preventive and predictive maintenance of Injection machines and auxiliary equipment like mold temperature controller, auto loader etc.  In charge of proper set-up of robot take out machineOversees day-to-day performance of employees within the department.Monitors and improves product quality within the department through in depth analysis of all related processes.evaluates production efficiency and make sure that production targets are met.

Educational Background: 

College graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

Required qualification:

Proficient in machine operation and parameter setting using Fanuc, Nissei and Sumitomo Injection machine.Proficient in the identification of Injection process defects, troubleshooting and machine parameter adjustment to correct defects.Related work experience in Plastic Injection Molding of at least 2 years.

Working Schedule:

Compressed work week with scheduled Saturday off7:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday to SaturdayEvery 2 weeks shifting scheduleAt least 2 Saturdays off per month

Compensation package:

Basic Monthly Salary -  Php 26,000 – 38,000  (negotiable depending on related experience)Position  Allowance -  Php  1,500Others : Performance Bonus (based on evaluation)
