Maintaining a Quality system that ensures high quality products are produced with a goal of zero quality defects. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectationsResponsible for reporting any irregularity in the operations.Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesAllocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Job Qualifications
Candidates must be a graduate of any Engineering related Course.Proven experience in production management ideally from within the Steel industry. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertiseBe knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processesUnderstands the quality standards and health & safety regulationsExcellent leadership skills to positively motivate employees to keep production running efficiently meeting defined operational metrics.Location: Bacolod City (For Full-time Position)
