Senior Tax Consultant

Responsibilities

Lead in rendering tax opinions and counseling on tax effects of proposed or consummated business transactionsKnowledgeable on Philippine tax and corporate rules and regulationsExperience in tax structuring and planning opportunitiesKnowledge of domestic tax legislations, case laws and other relevant regulationsHandled tax treaty relief applications and tax rulings applicationsAssisted in various stages of administrative tax assessments

Qualifications

1.   Education. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

2.   Work Experience. Five to seven years solid tax exposure to all scope of BIR tax audit investigation.

3.   Certifications. Certified Public Accountant.

4.   Other Qualifications.

·       Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.

·       Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

·       Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.

·       Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
