职位描述
> Control by Measurement
> Ensure that all finish goods and work-in-process units are in good quality by conducting defined sampling and quality checks activities.
> Detection of all nonconformance are contained and prevent delivery of No Good Products.
Specific duties and responsibilities
> Conduct sampling inspection and measurement according to defined sampling size and frequency.
> Record inspection results on SAP/Inspection record sheet and analyze result base on customer requirement and drawing.
> Ensure that all parts are produced is in accordance to drawing and Customer Requirement.
> To Follow Standard QC Procedure and Process Flow.
> Escalate production/quality issues to QC leader / supervisor.
> Suggest quality improvement activities
