Store Supervisor

Specialty Food Retailers, Inc. a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for STORE SUPERVISORS to be assigned in SaladStop! and Shake Shack Philippines.

The position is responsible for supervising the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Customer Satisfaction 

Deliver excellent service for both internal and external customers

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store

2. Food Products & Other Supplies

Ensure that proper standards and procedures in the preparation of food ingredients are followed.

Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering

3. Equipment & Machines

Check equipment, furniture, and fixtures for daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance;

Ensure that all equipment and machines are operational.

4. Safety, Sanitation & Security

Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores

Implement proper food wastage and garbage disposal

Implement regular pest control maintenance

5. Manpower

Prepares the store weekly schedule

Monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage

Coach and mentor store staff

6. Overall Store Performance

Monitor, gather, and analyze sales performance matrix. Make necessary actions to improve store performance

Conduct programs and procedures to prevent pilferages/inside theft

Job Qualifications:

Education:

4-year course graduate

Experience

At least 2-year supervisory/leadership experience in the Food or Hospitality industry is an advantage

Conditions of Employment

Must be willing to undergo a 2-year training bond6 days/weekly, shifting schedule
