Reservation Agent (Officer)

Summary

The Reservations Agent(Officer) responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservationsRespond to emails with reservation information, /confirm/iations, and additional detailsAdvise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experienceAccurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations

Requirements

1.     Bachelor's Degree - any 4 year course

2.     Customer Experience

Contribute to Customer Service over Various Platforms Handle Guests/Customers' Concerns and Feedback

3.     People and Relationship Management

 Communicate and Relate Effectively at the WorkplaceWork in a Team

4.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5.     Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
