QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer.Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.Preferably has experience in Training in a BPO company.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management as well as with clients.Impressive presentation skills.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
