职位描述
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Operations
Manage and maintain the GDS (Global Distribution System) platform (currently Sabre Synxis) to facilitate rate loading, configuration and integration with RMS (Property Management System and Channel Manager) Troubleshoot and diagnose connectivity issues between Channel Manager and GDS, and additional online distribution channels as required. Ensure optimization and maintenance of content and images for all properties across online distribution channels, with a core focus on GDS. Monitor online rate parity and perform audit reports for all properties across online distribution channels. Review and analyze existing and new online distribution channels opportunitiesSupport distribution systems, including setup of rates & room types. Participate in both online meetings with key stakeholders and regular office meetings. 8. Send daily / weekly report to your manager of all statistical information as required. 9. Monitor Personal Inbox for policy/process updates, action items, promotions & internal communications.Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management or Hotel Reservations.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar – preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent excel skills and strong Office (Word, Outlook etc.) skills.
• Superior attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling online distribution channels’ backend desired.
Technical Skills:
• Previous experience in an Airbnb management system is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong Knowledge of Computer applications;
• Hotel Property Management Systems experience;
• Previous experience in a Revenue Management system is beneficial but not essential.
• RMS 9+ Cloud experience is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge, Skills and Other
Site / Location: Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
Shift Time: 6AM-3PM
Salary Range: ₱ 35,000.00-₱ 40,000.00
