HUB INVENTORY SPECIALIST - QC

Work responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:

Stock ManagementMonitors the accuracy of Inbound transactions such as Purchase Order receiving.Monitors and tracks the exact SKU that are being processed and dispatched for fulfilment (Outbound transactions).Maintain Inventory Records Accuracy overall and on hub level.Reports discrepancies that need adjustment.Works with Operations Team to reduce inventory discrepancy and shrinkage.Fulfillment MonitoringAnalyzes sales transactions and compares to physical stock fulfillment.Works with hub OICs to accurately fulfill orders.Assists in closing transactions.Promo and Bundle ManagementCoordinates with the Purchasing team for SKUs that are related to promos.Ensures that stocks for bundled SKUs are processed accurately in Stocky.Stock TransferOversees hub inventory on SKU level.Maintain an efficient stock level based on stock movement and hub capacity.Initiates stock transfers for certain SKUs depending on sales.Consigned InventoryMaintains inventory file for consigned items per supplier.Coordinates obsolete and slow moving with Purchasing Team and suppliers.Ensures that supplies must have enough inventory prior depletion.Works with the Purchasing Team for ordering of supplies.Cycle CountMonitors all reconciliation needed system vs stocks and recount as needed by supervisorFinance Makes sure all PO and Sales Invoice are matching and ensures a timely turnover to head officeOthersOther tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.At least three (3) years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Liquor InventoryIdeally Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employees specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Willing to work in Quezon city.Strong analytical and planning skills;Good communication and presentation skills;Excellent problem-solving skills.

KPIs

Ensures Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) is met.Ensures to maintain efficient stock level per SKU.Decrease/ Eliminate OOS items.Decrease/ Eliminate Overstock items.Perform Monthly Inventory count and Daily cycle count.
