Duties and Responsibilities

Assists in facilitating and administering compensation and benefits plans, policies and programs of the CompanyConducts on-time and accurate processing of timekeeping for payroll processingEnsures the timely facilitation of the company's healthcare benefitAttends and provides assistance to employees on transactional activities and inquiriesAssists in the timely facilitation of the Company’s Performance Management SystemCoordinates, prepares documents and processes employee clearancesProvides support during the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programsDrafts memos and prepares reports

Qualifications:

Possesses at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentAt least 6 months to one-year related work experienceHands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) and other related business and communication toolsPossesses above average communication skills, people-oriented, results-driven, with good organizing skills, able to handle confidential matters, can do multi-tasking and with professional bearing.
