Responsibilities

Ensure that released manuals meet department quality production standards.Perform sanity check of manuals before production.Develop and maintain a file management system to sort and track print and web releases.Manage and archive production files with change history.document production related processes and activites, and ensure that correct implementation is observed.Identify, track, and resolve production issues.Generate reports and statistics of releases and production issues.Provide feedback to teams of the common production issues and suggests areas of improvement.Act as the contact person for any query regarding copies and version history of released manuals.
