职位描述
Factory Manager Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to multitask.Outstanding time management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong management and leadership skills.Effective communication skills.Responsibilities:
1. Establish production plan for the maximum production yield to meet customer requirement
2. Ensure consistency of production performance according to production plan/ target
3. Ensure the harmonious flow of production line, machine and all related equipment to their maximum production output and high efficiency
4. Follow, control and examine the factory budget and cost according to company’s policy
5. Supervise and monitor staffs performance to ensure that all production are completed within the time line and in good quality
6. Generate report and summarize problem and solution with regards to quality, quantity, waste management and try to reduce human error, customer complaint and return product
7. Responsible for all activities relating to Warehouse Management by planning, controlling and development for maintain and improve the efficiency in warehouse management system
8. Actively co-ordinate with Sales team and other related departments in order to improve the quality and lead-time continuously
9. Responsible for production Sub-Contract and Outsourcing quality management
10. Plan manpower, supervise, train, and evaluate staffs performance
11. Plan, Co-ordinate, and manage occupational health and safety of workplace condition
12. Lease with Product Management team on developing, creating and improving BVZ Fabrics products
13. Regular check raw material level in stock and issue purchase requirement to Merchandiser
14. Work closely with colleagues from all BVZ Group in Asia
15. Set and follow BVZ Group cost calculation sheet
16. Set and follow BVZ Group Production flow chart and procedure
17. Active in BVZ Group product management team
18. Attend regular management meeting
19. Report to General Manager
