Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise processes assigned to the team based on established performance standards.Supervise staff assignment based on business needs/capacity.Measure employee performance (Productivity; Quality; Utilization; Attendance; others.).Coach team members in conducting performance analysis, QA reports, and other information on quality performance.Coordinate with Operations Leaders, Training team, and Process Owners in forming Quality Management Project Teams geared towards process improvement.Minimize cost incurred through overtime management and performance management.Maintain continuous improvement program and activities geared towards building a strong and cohesive team.Contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holderMust have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) under BPO industryMust have at least 1 year experience in a Team Lead roleApplied knowledge in the utilization of various Quality Tools and Techniques (TQM, Six Sigma, among other)Knowledge in NICE Perform software is an advantageMust be willing to work in Alabang
