职位描述
The main goal of Captain Waiters are to ensure guest satisfaction and deliver high quality products and services leading to excellent customer experience. He is also responsible for overseeing food and beverage staff.
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the restaurant.Assist in overseeing and training the staff.Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the restaurant is implemented and well delilvered.Monitoring customer service.Solving guest complaints.Have a very good detailed knowledge about the menu and able to deliver it well to guests.Promoting special menu items.Leading the team in upselling products of the restaurant.Dividing tasks and duties to staff.Establishing health and safety standards.Oversee inventories and seeing the functionality of the equipments at the restaurant.
