Quality Assurance Engineer (Senior- Manager Role)

Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesIdentify, record, document, and track bugsDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needsLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsMonitor debugging process resultsInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutionsTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentAt least 5 years of solid experience in Software QC/TestingBroad understanding of the Software Development Life CycleA clear understanding of QC goals, practices, and activities within the organizationMust have an experience in Manual or Automation. Experience in either functional or non-functional testingExcellent project management skills and a proven history of consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in working on an Agile / Scrum development processExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishMust be amenable to work onsite or on a hybrid set-up
