Warehouse Assistant (Stay-in)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports directly to Purchasing/Admin Supervisor and Warehousing Personnel relating to the Tools and Equipment inventory and other matters require management discretionary approval.Provide assistance to the Warehousing Personnel and Project Material Coordinator for preparing the tools, test instruments, equipment’s and materials needed for all ISI & SESCO Projects.Assist and closely coordinate with the Warehousing Personnel and Project Material Coordinator relating to the schedules of delivery for advance preparation and checking of available tools and materials needed for projects.Assist and closely coordinate with the Warehousing Personnel and Project Material Coordinator relating to the checking of pull out tools and materials from projects for proper recording and inventory including possible defect and damage.Directly responsible in up keeping and maintaining interior and exterior areas of the warehouse clean and orderly all the time.Assist Warehousing Personnel for monthly / quarterly inventory of Tools, Test Instruments and Equipment’s including Material Inventory to ensure full accounting and monitoring, including possible theft and loss of such company assets.Provide insight and assist in methodology and other matters that would result in the improvement of storage and warehousing of all ISI & SESCO Tools, Test Instruments and equipment’s.Handles other assignments or duties and responsibilities that may be given by the Management from time to time.
