Production Assistant Supervisor

The Production Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the production members’ activities, ensures all task are delegated and completed. Ensure that all production operators are organized and allocated properly in the production area; Report any incidents, issues that will occur during operation to the Department Head; Monitor production output attendance and coordinate with Planning Department any changes in Production; and assure all production members follow safety rules, product quality standards and other standard documents issued in production. 

LIST OF importANT DUTIES

Delegate task to group members, ensure task given is clear and understood by members.Monitor productivity result and inform engineers, operators regarding productivity status.Create and review work standards to improve production process.Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees.Discuss improvement activities, issues and other related concern to respective departments.Analyze defects and process related issues and make necessary corrective and preventive activities.Lead the production engineers and operators to achieve KPI.Conduct orientation to newly hired employees regarding the process.
