JOB DEscriptION
Responsible for managing and leading a team that provides services to a hostel .
Develops manages and develops his employees so they may provide and sustain high-quality service to their customers.
Oversees the hostel's management and carries out regular supervision
In charge of the budgeting of the staff payroll as the utility bills
Conducts Regular staff meeting to remind workers to guarantee the safety and happiness of their guests while they are staying in their hostel
Ability to train and hire sufficient staff in order to maintain a favorable staff to guest ratio
