TRAINING WILL START ON NOVEMBER 2022
Kumon Associates will undergo a comprehensive 6-month probationary training to learn about the Kumon Method and the different facets of the company. Successful trainees will become Area Development Managers who have an active role towards franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with our Kumon instructors.
RESPonSIBILITIES - AREA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Provide support to Kumon instructors (franchisees) with center concerns like, but not limited to the following:Center OperationsKumon InstructionCommunicationStrengthen center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.Create, modify and conduct learning opportunities like center training and community meetings to Kumon Instructors and Center AssistantsQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree holder of any courseHas high interest in learning and educationAble to work effectively in teams and individuallyHas high regard for customer serviceCan work well with minimal supervisionHas high regard for teamwork and work commitmentAble to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writingComputer literate in a variety of packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel公司介绍
