Chemical Technician / Document Controller

Monitors and ensures quality products through physical and chemical analyses before and after line control start-up activities for sanitation, safety, food safety and maintenance that control parameters of production and finished goods conforms to established system and specification.Provides immediate reporting of process and product deviation to superiors and coordinates with all concerned people for necessary correction and disposition.Conducts daily verification of testing and measuring equipment being used by production, warehouse and quality assurance department.Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.Approves in-process materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production lead man/supervisor.Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.documents inspection results by completing reports.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Performs other functions which may be assigned by superior from time to time.-
