A. :

  - Candidate must be proficient in English speaking and writing

  - Able to teach English to kids

  - Teaching experience in an online or offline environment is an advantage

  - Has a pleasant personality and can work with the utmost professionalism

  - Graduate of any 4-year course, or at least two years’ worth of college units

  - Residing in CEBU or nearby cities/municipalities with a maximum travel time of 1-2 hours

  - Must have or willing to have a lined internet connection

  - Area must be conducive for teaching.

B. :

✓ Teaching equipment such as laptop, mouse, headset, whiteboard and marker will be provided by the company

✓ Monthly internet and electricity allowance

✓ Bi-annual appraisals (upon management discretion)

✓ HMO benefit upon regularization (covers services such as, but not limited to, dental, in and out-patient services, teleconsultation)

✓ Paid leave credits after reaching the 1 year anniversary, 13th month pay, paid overtime, premium pay and incentives.
